A Spanish wedding in July has a ceremony at eight in the evening, and that is not a quirk to be accommodated — it is the correct answer to a country where five in the afternoon is 38 degrees and a sun hard enough to close everybody’s eyes. The work that decides whether the photographs are good happens weeks earlier, in a conversation about where the sun is at half past nine and whether the group of forty can physically stand where the planner has drawn them.
So the group portraits move to twenty minutes after sunset, which means the aperitif moves, which means agreeing it with the venue in March rather than on the day. Every venue in Seville, Marbella and Mallorca has done this before and none of them will suggest it unprompted. A villa in the Sierra Blanca loses the sun forty minutes earlier than the coast below it because the mountain is in the way, and the only way to know that is to have walked the property the day before.
Ten hours of coverage from the preparations to the first hour of the party, a second photographer from 120 guests, and 500 retouched photographs in a private gallery within 30 days with print-ready files. What is not covered is three in the morning, and after twenty years of looking at galleries that is the part nobody has ever asked to see again.

Nothing about that costs extra; it only has to be agreed in advance.
